To an outsider new to Bangalore can look like a bundle of chaos. If you're caught on the wrong place in a traffic, it's enough to be feel suffocating. I too dread the bottlenecks at every junction, and for this reason I avoid the rush hour traffic, unless I need to go very badly.
There are many other issues apart from traffic, like food, housing, education, transportation etc. But beneath all these chaos, there a beautiful world for your to explore socially and culturally. While the new Bangalore is full of dot com folks, it equally has a rich heritage of it's own.
In this city there are many cultural centers, like Alliance Francaise, Max Muller Bhavan, The British Library etc.
